Sharon Mitcheson

Sharon has been working with Maya for over five years, supporting Suzanne with finances and operations of the organisation.

Sharon’s background is in Charity Operations where she spent the last six years working at Immediate Theatre, leading on management for the organisation, strategy and development, stakeholder management and taking the lead on developing funding applications. In 2020, Sharon moved from London to Bristol but continued to support Maya remotely, supporting Suzanne to secure Arts Council funding for development and sustainability of the organisation.

Sharon took on the role of Digital Producer to review and update Maya’s digital strategy as well as manage the build and development of a new website.
