Héctor Manchego

Héctor Manchego is a London-based Venezuelan photographer/videographer and writer.

His work interrogates themes of the Latin American diaspora, cultural identity, and experiences of the LGBTQIA+ community. It has been showcased at The Royal Court Theatre (No Borders 2022: political theatre program), Camden’s People Theatre (Starting blocks 2023), Exeter Phoenix’s website (Write Out Loud), and Theatre Royal Plymouth (Open Lab 2022). Currently, he is working with Fabulamundi as a Video Director on their International Playwriting Programme: New Voices, funded by the Europen Commission.
