Breman Rajikumar

Breman is Literary Manager at Bristol School of Acting, where he is currently adapting two productions, including his own modern retelling of Don Quixote, which he will direct at Tobacoo Factory Theatres mainhouse in Spring 2023. Breman was awarded a scholarship onto the MFA Playwriting at the Lir Academy, Trinity College Dublin. Breman reads for the National Theatre, Bush Theatre and Lyric Theatre Belfast and was previously a reader for Kiln Theatre, Soho Theatre and Leeds Playhouse. 

Breman was Resident Director at the National Theatre and was previously Resident Director at Kiln Theatre. He was awarded the Directors Guild Award for Best Director and has directed at venues across the UK, including Lyric Theatre Belfast and Pleasance Courtyard Edinburgh. Breman is Associate Director on the upcoming UK Tour of The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel. Breman has led workshops for young people with NT Learning, Synergy Theatre and now Maya Productions.
