Jaime Nabeta – Trustee
Originally from Peru, Jaime started his career in Banking as a Bank Manager. After five years as one of the youngest bank managers in his bank he moved to Manchester to study a Master in Business Administration at Manchester Business School.
After completing his MBA he decided to pursue his passion: theatre. In 2005 he moved into Theatre Management: starting in Hastings, then Manchester before arriving to London’s West End.
Since 2008 Jaime has worked for Sir Cameron Mackintosh’s Delfont Mackintosh Theatres, managing five theatres. Most notably opening of one of Broadway’s most successful musicals: The Book of Mormon, followed by the re-opening of the Victoria Palace Theatre with the revolutionary musical Hamilton.
Currently General Manager of the Sondheim Theatre (home of Les Miserables – the world’s longest running musical) Jaime is also the Project Lead for Delfont Mackintosh Theatres, working in HR and Operations projects.
Jaime is also a Coach and Mentor.
